Michelle is a very pleasant, experienced and honest audiologist. She does not make her patients feel rushed during their exam and does a thorough evaluation. Unlike some other audiologists I've experienced Michelle does not try to overcharge her patients, push unnecessary services or push her patients to purchase the most expensive hearing aids when she can find a better solution. This positive behaviour is becoming more rare in the health care field today. I highly recommend her.

Michelle is friendly, smart, and easy to communicate with. She puts you at ease and places your care above everything else. She is careful to explain any detail you need and help you understand your own personal situation. Her office is relaxed and you are the center of attention as the patient.
