wish I had never seen her, based a diagnosis on ONE test, that was not shown accurate just 2 months later, and she never noted that she may have been wrong.

She was very through on the issue I was there for, but had another question to ask she was very fast and in a hurry, didn't feel comfortable asking a question with her having one hand on the door knob

Successful visit. Accessable. Saw her the same day I called. She recommended medication that worked. (I saw a PA for the same problem weeks before and the problem didn't go away.)

Visit was to establish care. I thought this would include a physical exam; I think what that entails has actually changed over the years, with increasing referrals to specialists. Or, that may not have been part of the visit definition of 'to establish care'. The provider had most of my medical records, but not all.
