First time seeing Michelle. She was friendly, listened to my issue, offered solution, and follow up plan. I would def see her again.

Michelle was a very pleasant midwife to deal with. She was in the hospital when I first came in during labor. She was happy even at 1:00 a.m. The only concern I had was during one of my appointments, I complained about some issues I was having and some symptoms, and she didn't have a computer with her, but I figured she would notate my chart after the appointment. Later on, I had symptoms again and called Lawrence OB/GYN and the other midwife I spoke with, said there were no previous notes in my chart about these symptoms and that I must not have complained about them or they would be in my chart. I know I complained, and it is imperative that each complaint is put inside of a chart, which a patient can't see or confirm. Other then that small bump, I really liked Michelle.
