Completely disregarded my condition. Refused to prescribe me medication because my condition “is not real”. Very rude and condescending.

I've been seeing Michelle Spencer for a couple years. She is efficient, thorough, and asks questions. I've always left feeling heard and treated well.

Hope this review helps some one else. Never felt heard, always rushed out the door with handouts, because she never had time to explain things to me. Would bluntly judge me and my lifestyle without even asking. More than once I left the clinic in tears, feeling worse than when I came in. Not someone I will refer or ever see again.

She's been my PC for years. I've not seen her in years though as I've been relatively healthy. The need arose to see her and I left with questions that weren't answered, and a feeling that she was somewhere else as well as a sense that she thought something I told her was a bit out there. She used to be super compassionate but that was not what I walked away with. To make it worse the appointment took me three weeks to get when I called they suggested my symptoms needed to be evaluated at the ER
