My adult son has autism, ADHD-C, and anxiety. He was beginning a new chapter in his life and was nervous. We asked Michelle Swan for a PRN (as needed) anxiety med since he has a long-established diagnosis of anxiety. Michelle Swan refused. She claimed he needed to have a psychoassessment done first, which is not true, and he already had many done prior that diagnosed the anxiety. She claimed he had 'reactions' to medicine. No, he doesn't. He had a reaction to a sleeping pill, over a decade ago. She was not prepared for our visit, and she did not listen while we were there. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I am in a caloric deficit most days. Despite this, Michelle Swan ordered blood labs for 'excessive calories' even though my chart reveals a long-standing history with low calories and under-eating, not overeating. She's argumentative and is not a very good APRN. I strongly recommend you find someone else because she won't listen to you anyway, and she will deny you medicine.

Michelle Swann listens to me and then takes action. She explains processes to me. She has guided me to specialists when needed and monitored my care. She doesn’t just throw medicine at a problem and send me on my way - she cares about the whole health picture. I highly recommend her.

Requested a follow up X-ray after pneumonia was diagnosed while on vacation. 7 days later, no response. Called 2nd time, was told it would be marked as urgent. Still no response. Went to urgent care. This is inexcusable. This is my 2nd experience with lack of urgency. Time to find new PCP.
