Very bad experience
I honestly felt ignored, belittled and exhausted the whole time I was seeing Taylor. I usually waited around 30-40 minutes just to see her but the appointment itself lasts less than 20 minutes. She clearly doesn't value the time and energy of her clients. She often felt very distant and even annoyed by being in the clinic or seeing people. Her expertise is honestly uncertain. She seems to just prescribe random and often strong meds on you without really explaining why. If you suffer side effects, she ignores it or prescribes more meds to stop those symptoms, very ironic. She claims to take a whole-person or holistic approach to her treatments but that cannot be further from the truth. It just seems like she robotically gives out meds without understanding the background of a client's issues and according to others that have seen her, the treatments seem almost identical despite so much variety of clients she sees. Just avoid.

Awful experience.
It's common to wait up to 1 hour to see Taylor despite the actual appointment being 10-15 mins. She's bad at explaining medical conditions and medication details. She over-medicalizes you and dumps you with a lot of meds. Stressed? Bad Sleep? Anxious? Taylor just adds meds and offers no additional resources despite the clinic claiming to have an array of behavioral health services. I switched to another psych nurse and they were shocked at the large amount of meds I was being prescribed. I'm now taking much less meds and feel better. Taylor is simply inconsiderate and seems to hate her job and feels like she's annoyed she has to deal with clients. I honestly felt left out of my own treatment plans while she often avoided seeking any input from me or others. Your mental health will not get better if you see Taylor. Avoid if possible. If not, you have my sympathy.

Horrible start to finish. 35 minute wait just for her which she never acknowledged. Five minute consult that we walked out of because he demeanor and bedside manner was th worst Ie ever seen. I’ve never walked out on a dr. But I did this time. I e never left a review for a dr, but this was so bad I had to.
