Let me preface by saying that I had multiple symptoms that did not fit a neat diagnosis. None of my previous doctors were willing to "investigate" further, even though I expressed that something was wrong. I decided to visit Dr. Thatcher because a family member recommended her and traditional medicine wasn't helping. I had developed a distrust with doctors because of my previous experiences. Dr. Thatcher was kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She was willing to put in the time to look into things further, and I always felt heard. Dr. Thatcher was able to figure out what was wrong in 2 visits. I wish I went to her initially instead of spending 2 years trying to convince other doctors I was sick.

Dr Thatcher is exactly what you want from a physician. Caring, thorough and willing to hear you out. Instead of just telling you what to do she informs you and often can give you options on how best to proceed with your specific health needs. Highly recommend her as a knowledgable and sincere professional.
