Michelle Trueman is the most compassionate and caring healthcare provider I have ever worked with. Her dedication to patients is unparalleled, and Michelle's experience in acute and hospice care, combined with with professionalism make her my first chose to recommend for concierge, home-based practitioner services.

Ms Trueman came to our home. The bedridden patient was shown extreme compassion and consideration as were we the family. Excellent communication skills. Clearly puts the care of the patient first. Having her accept us in her practice is a blessing to our lives. Clearly an Angel on earth.

Amazing is an understatement. Little did i know when She came into train that she would be the one thing my family needed to help get us through THE HARDEST times of our lives. My Uncle had a fall in august- long story short- set backs after set backs, Michelle offered all her knowledge and support to me and my family so that we could all be the best advocates for my uncle that we can be. My family is in Ohio- my uncle is in Ohio currently recovering from the fall. My sister sends me the daily charts/labs ect- Michelle kindly reads, gives her HONEST, expert opinion/advice on what she sees. Michelle has taken so much time to explain things to us, tell my family important things to look for, what to do to prevent other things from happening: she reads charts, labs, FULLY EXPLAINS INTO DETAIL, what things mean, she takes the time to educate us. GENUINELY CARES FOR THE WELL BEING OF OTHER My family, myself, and my Uncle will never be able to express the gratitude we have for her.

Michelle is the most dedicated healthcare provider I have ever had care for my spouse. The care she provides is remarkable. She is truly on call 24 hours a day. Whenever I have a need for her service, she is available.

It's important to have a primary caregiver that is skilled, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, Michelle is all of these things and more. As an RN I needed to provide the best care for my family. Especially, now, when going to the ER, a lab or a clinic is even less desirable, having access to her has been invaluable. Having her come to your home and being able to consult with her by phone is a gamechanger in the way we access medical care. Never a concern about her getting messages or calling me back, she is available and very confident in how she delivers and manages care. Prescription requests managed promptly, blood draws in home-no lab visits, she will arrange home health visits or wound care if needed. Nurse Practitioner roles have evolved and it's a great thing for patients. (I'm not a hired PR person for Michelle, just a grateful, honest nurse who wants you to know you can have it all, in your home for less than you pay for your cable TV.)

I am an administrator/owner of a local ALF and a practicing RN. Michelle is the rounding NP for my Assisted Living Facility. She has been a tremendous help to me, my staff and my residents. She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, punctual, reliable and always responds to calls in a timely manner, even on her off hours. I highly recommend her and trust her judgement.

When I called Michelle, i had just arrived from Colorado and realized my Mom was having a medical issue. She came right over to our house and in a gentle, kind, and proficient way explained to my Mom that she would need to go to the hospital. Michelle also took care of my brother who had medical issues. When it became apparent both would need a rehab, Michelle contacted the Social workers to ensure Mother and Son could stay together. Michelle showed such compassion and we were lucky to have her.

Michelle is a warm, dedicated nurse practitioner, who sees me at home for my medical care. She helps me with my medical, depression and memory problems. She is concerned about all of my problems. She communicates with my specialists, case manager, aides, medication nurse, home care, hospital, my family and any one else important in taking care of me. She takes her time and makes me feel like 'I am her most important patient' every time I see her. I am very Blessed to have her as my 'doctor'

Wonderful sincere person & an excellent physician. I feel very fortunate to have her taking care of my husband here at home. She is just a phone call away, should I need her. Non emergency, I can send her an email or text and get a quick response. Very professional.
