Dr. Michelle Volland, PSY.D

When I first went to Dr Volland I was struggling with severe depression and PTSD. She made me feel comfortable enough that I was able to talk about things I had never told anyone. She was kind and compassionate. I will really miss her.

I saw a lady here years ago, who basically made my self worth and overall problems much worse. I was rec'd to her by someone who said she had a "tough approach" It seems that the woman hides behind that saying to be abusive. I will never forget that day I left so bewildered and worse than I was coming in. She made me feel as if I was a failure and was very impatient when I had trouble discussing my issues. As well as really quick to judge. Be aware of her approach. It's abrasive and unhinging.

I can't speak to the doctors because Kim, at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. She did not understand how insurance works and was unwilling to call the insurance company or allow me to speak with someone who was competent. If the front desk staff is any reflection of the services provided, run.

Very good at what she does.
