I am a senior and in a lot of pain from a major surgery. This therapist saw me for the first time, she didn't ask any questions or read my protocol from the doctor.. She shouted at me and embarrased me in front of everyone in the gym. She did not give me any constructive instructions, just kept yelling that I was 'behind where I should be'. My surgeon said I was ahead of schedule. I felt so upset that this therapist humiliated me. I went to another therapist at another clinic. She is wonderful
