Mihal was extremely helpful with alleviating my upper back and neck problems. I've had issues with my upper back for years and within a few visits Mihal evaluated and exposed some of the bad habits I developed. She provided suggestions and exercises that helped build strength in my weak areas and improve my day to day activities. Thank you Mihal!

I had an issue with my lower back from a soccer injury. Mihal was very through and helped me come up with a plan for recovery. She explained why I was doing the exercises and listened to my concerns. I'm happy to say I'm now pain free! Would definitely recommend Mihal if you need physical therapy.
