Dr. Mija Lee, OD

I went to see Dr. Lee for my yearly eye exam. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the office staff and very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Lee. She was thorough and cordial and provided me a prescription that was accurate. I plan to use her from now on, not just for me, but for my 2 granddaughters as well.

I visited Dr. Lee for an eye exam and used my vision insurance. She was unable to complete a vision exam and referred me to a specialist WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. She and her office still billed my insurance and charged me a medical fee (which was really a co-pay!!! When the insurance reached out to her office.... they said they completed the eye exam. Now I am stuck without a current vision prescription for an entire year before I regain benefits!!!!

Dr. Lee is very professional. I was very impressed with the visit. All of my questions were answered. The office is clean and they take extra precautions with Covid. You may have to wait a few minutes but I saw them cleaning the office to make sure my family was safe. I would rather wait then be rushed into a dirty office.

Very unprofessional very rude dr! The prescription for my daughter’s glasses where horrible and she still couldn’t see. Had to make a 2nd appointment because of her not being prompt for time waiting 45 mins after my set appointment time all just for my daughter to have to get another exam somewhere better for more accurate results with her being able to see. Smh the front desk lady was way more professional than the dr how does that work? She had a bad attitude an like her head was hurting the whole exam, I don’t see how she’s still in business to be honest. The office space is as small as a bathroom so you will have to wait outside until she’s done with her patient, and there’s no telling how long that will take. Go elsewhere maybe my eye lab where they will be more professional and actually care about their patients.
