She was awesome!
I came here to see her because I just really have no clue how to eat to balance and improve all my different health issues. She was excellent! She was non-judgmental, patient, and so thorough. Most importantly, she listened to me, paid really good attention to all the details, and really considered the bigger picture. I love how thoughtful she was and how she explained everything. I'm so glad I went to this appointment! The ladies at check in and check out windows were super nice, as well as the nurse that brought me back for my appointment. The whole entire office honestly made me feel so incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend!

I went to see Mikiko for weight loss. She looked at the food diary I had kept for the previous month and told me she didn't see why I hadn't lost weight. She then told me to eat more protein and recommended an app to easier track my food intake. At the end of the appointment, she told me to call if I needed anything else. Her tone was extremely condescending especially when she told me she couldn't believe that I had a job where I couldn't "manage to eat breakfast and lunch every day." I am a mother and a teacher and it is a miraculous day when I have the time to eat both breakfast and lunch at regular times. I left feeling angry at being spoken to like I was a child and frustrated that I had wasted my time seeking help from her. Other than the app being useful, I can't say anything good about her.
