Ironically, didn't discuss nutrition, vitamins, or what are the best foods and why, just gave me a pre-preprinted plan to follow that listed food choices. No real practical advice on how to actually make new dietary lifestyle changes, other than to walk more and exercise more. She just told me what plan to follow. Felt like a cookie-cutter appointment, felt like she didn't really care if I succeed or not, or if I will ever come back to see her again. Expected to learn something new, but didn't.
