Virtual appt useless
Telehealth
Had covid, told me to go to ER, no other info given at all. No medications prescribed for even cough. By now, I would imagine covid treatment would be common place, at least for symptoms like coughing.

Unprofessional
She immediately thought she was the important person, not the patient. Arrogant. No ability to communicate or establish repoire. Not knowlegdable! Worst visit with a health care person in my entire life. First bad review I have ever given to health care person.
