I had an appointment this morning at 8am I was running a few minutes behind. I've been here before and always and I mean always had me wait me 15-20 past my appointment time. I called and told them that I was going to be 5 minutes longer at 8:04 and if that was okay or should I turn back around. I didn’t want to inconvenience and was perfectly fine rescheduling.
