I have had 11 therapists in my lifetime (though 3 of them were for no more than 2 sessions). I suppose they all had their role, but my time with Dr. Sparks was more meaningful and better spent than the rest of them for sure.

Dr. Sparks is easy, laid back and fun. There is no formal feel, just like sitting in your living room and chatting with a friend. The difference is that the advice she gives you is way better than your friends'.
