Misty Baggett, FNP

Misty is very good at what she does. She actually listens to you and works to help you be the best version of yourself. She follows up and ensures your questions have been answered. I am so glad I found her.

Cannot Recommend. I'd been seeing Misty Baggett, FNP at Christus Health for a few months. I have quite a few ailments and she had been very good to deal with overall. However, the ball was dropped in a couple of instances in respect to referrals I was told were made, but just not where or who they were with to be able to follow through on them. Therefore, my health went unchecked. I'd communicated conditions, what I was requesting, and past history(s), which was all documented in the My Chart portal. Yet, it was not looked back on as reference in terms of where I was with things, what was happening, etc. So, then one of her staff gals wrote to continue the communication, and while it was frustrating (she didn't understand what I was trying to state and help communicate that back to Misty), I end up the next day with a letter in My Chart, telling me I've been dismissed as a patient. Simply amazing! Lesson in this: communication via the portal arrives without tone, or person, and is misconstrued into a convenient uproar at the patients expense. No need for it at all. Just thin skinned all the way round, leaving the patient hanging because you're clearly dealing with very childish people who are VERY updated to the cry wolf mentality in the world we're currently living. What a waste. But, I take it as it comes, and find a more professional facility and doctors to work with. Thanks Misty for leaving it like this! You've now entered the world of being part of the problem.

Misty is thorough and considerate of your specific situation. She actually cares that you are successful in achieving your health care goals. She works with you to develop a plan that is good for all involved. She also follows up to ensure what was started is working.
