Misty wrote a prescription for straight catheters for my husband when he was discharged from the hospital. She failed to date the prescription, nor did she write a diagnosis on the prescription. The pharmacy refused to fill it for those reasons. Since we attempted to fill it on a Saturday, she wasn't available to resolve the issue. Huge inconvenience!
