Telehealth

Requested a Virtuwell assessment. Got her. She never spoke to me directly about what was going on. Just received an email saying I should go in. Didn't say why and didn't explain her rationale. My condition was an easy fix and I was already going to see my primary doctor in 3 days where I could follow up. To go into an Urgent Care and waste resources, time and money when I could get a simple prescription was ridiculous. I've lived in my body for almost 50 years. She read an assessment that took maybe 2 minutes. I think I know myself better than she does. EDIT: I saw my primary doctor 3 days later. She prescribed the ONE PILL I needed to get better without issue and it was not connected to any new condition. There was absolutely no reason to be denied care from Misty and to be told this was an emergency situation when it clearly was not.
