This guy is a certified nut. I've seen him once, and my daughter had the unfortunate experience of seeing him, as well. He tells all his patients the same thing, Your vision is unstable and you aren't wearing your glasses. Then, without fail, he starts talking about cell phones, Facebook, and how you have to be careful of Russian spies.
Stay away from this man, and definitely don't let your children near him. He scared my 12 year old daughter half to death!
