Great, honest therapist
I saw Mitch had a negative review and I don't feel it's warranted. Mitch is very honest, which is what you need from a therapist. He tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. If you're going to therapy it should be because you want to work on yourself, not because you want somebody to agree with you. I went weekly to therapy for over a year and it helped me in my life tremendously. As a first responder, I highly recommend him to other first responders and have never heard anything but positive comments from any of the people I have referred to him. He taught me coping skills and how to deal with my anxiety and heal myself. I'd recommend him to anyone willing to work on themselves.
