A mistake was made in a previous refill from my GP. I asked Molly to please review my records or speak to my GP to see that a mistake was made, she simply refused. Twice. It was an important medication for my anxiety and my depression. She finally had someone follow up with me 14 days later to clarify the issue and give me information on a grief support group that I was told would be given to me the next day (my appt was jan 13th). I will not be going back to her.

Went to maintain a prescription that I’ve been on for 14 years. I recently relocated back to the area, so needed a new doctor. The only thing Ms. Lutz was interested in is was sending me somewhere else to get testing to prove my condition (which was originally diagnosed by St. Elizabeth!). Very disappointing to get such a dismissive attitude about a condition that has been very successfully managed for over half my life. I will not go back to this practice.

Ms. Lutz was very helpful and really tried to understand how much I was suffering. educated me on medication options and other ways to help myself. didn't try to push a bunch of pills on me. she is very good
