I had a visit for acne and asked her to do a skin check while I was there. She declined as I didn’t mention I wanted a skin check while visiting, which was fine. She did check 2 moles quickly and I asked her another question on my way out and she charged me two additional charges for my two random medical questions while I was in the room for under 10 minutes with the PA. I’ve been to this practice before and have never been additionally charged for two random dr questions by any other doctor. I tried to resolve but the practice was no help. Go to another dr to avoid being overcharged.
