Monica Bertram, FNP, is a member of Dr John West’s medical team. She has seen me on multiple occasions over the last 20 or so years and has always treated me with respect and compassion. She always took the time to listen fully to my complaints which always resulted in prescribing exactly what was needed for my quick recovery. Monica has a very patient, charming and caring personality which is a bonus added to her medical knowledge and expertise. I feel very privileged to recommend her excellent services without reservations! Went in as I had pulled a muscle which was not healing on it's own. The muscle strain also involved my sciatic nerve which was the cause the pain in my leg. I've done this a time or two in the past, and a heat pad helped, but not this time, so off to the Doc for the proper prescriptions. I highly recommend Doc Bertran as she is a fine and caring physician.
