Caring very competent practitioner, excellent communication skill with the patient so you leave with a good understanding of your condition and how to treat it. When referring a specialist she sends you to someone she would go to.

We are new to Dr. Capp's practice. My son was having a slight emergency on a Sunday afternoon and she accepted our call. She called in his prescription and he felt relief almost immediately. She assured us that we can call her anytime when these things happen. I haven't had any doctor tell me that. My son felt relief right away and is getting back to normalcy.

On January fourteenth, I went to my appointment at Dr Capps office. she had been treating me for a couple years and knew all of my medical issues. My family surprised me with a Service Dog, one of the happiest days of my life. I could not wait for the Dr Capp to meet him! I signed in , sat down and waited to be called. Much to my surprise, Dr Capp came out to the waiting room and told me I would have to get the dog out of the office. he was clearly marked "Service Dog".

The practice is disorganized. Don't get a prescription from her that requires prior authorization from your insurance carrier. You may have to wait a month before Monica honors your request! I recently, I ran out of prescription for a controlled substance and a new script would only be given after an in-office visit. Monica's assistant gave me a time for an appointment and then called me 5 minutes later to reschedule it. I now have to wait a month before I can get my meds. DO USE THIS PROVIDER!!

I am a 75 yr. old women , so I have had my share of Doctors over the years. Monica Capp is compassionate, concerning and very capable. She has referred me to specialist for Heart Disease, Parkinson's and Cancer. Those Doctor's had extremely high praise for her.
So as her patient she has guided me through all of my issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
