Very pleased with my exam at this office. The front desk staff was friendly, they ran on time, no waiting, the doctor was very friendly and office was very clean. I will be making appointments for the rest of my family.

Office staff has poor customer service skills. I had a problem with a new prescription and no one called me back for 4 days. When I went in person to see about getting a different contact prescription the desk was rude, went behind the wall to ask the doctor who didn’t bother to speak to me directly and was told she will make an adjustment and call me later. There was no apology or explaination on how she would fix it or any questions to determine the problem with my contacts. Very Apathetic

I have been a client of Lake Wylie Eye Care (Monie Clifton) and was treated poorly when I needed them to help submitting my insurance claim. I have always paid my bills at the point-of-care. After nearly 8 years, one would expect a decorum with existing patients beyond what I received from this provider.
