Monifa Powell

This is the rudest clinician I have ever seen. She is unprofessional and lazy. At my one and only visit, she did not introduce herself. She was wearing nursing scrubs. When I asked to see a provider, she responded with, "Who did you think I was?" Well, I would not know if you didn't introduce yourself, would I? Secondly, she gave me a shot that caused a severe bruise to which my MD could not assess. (Per MD, he stated he was not sure if the bruise was from the trauma of the shot or it revealed a positive reading). The shot she gave me caused me to bleed throughout the day. Thirdly, she expected me to clean up in her office. It is not a problem with me to take off my blood pressure cuff but I should not clean up after your slack. This is your office, learn to clean up after yourself. Lastly, I told her my that I had sustained an injury. She did not bother to assess me or ask follow up questions. She deferred my complaints to the front desk. I don't trust her as my PCP.
