Very extremely poor, unprofessional. If there was a place for negative stars he would rate 100 ! Yelled, belittled, berated my wife to the point of a full on anxiety attack that was followed by several seizures upon returning home. The only thing missing from his temper tantrum was the kicking that a 5yr old would do. If at all possible go somewhere else. A vet would treat you better.
