I didn't feel like she listened. It was more like she was bored and I was just another insurance payment. And her nurse was very rude and snippy. I changed PCPs today. Older people stay away ! The front desk lady is awesome though.

First visit and visit was very educational and thorough! Wished I would’ve started seeing her before now! Very respectful, listened, and also gave her expertise. Was prescribed a regimen and will follow with blood work to continue maintenance. She is great! I will definitely be at my follow up appointment! Thank you Morgan!

A family member was seen here by Morgan Tucker-PA recently. They have been twice now. Once was for an initial visit, and the other for their annual physical. While there, it was discovered they had extremely high blood pressure, as in, Morgan should have sent them to the ER immediately. We are talking, potential stroke levels! Instead, she allowed them to leave with NO medication, and decided they would take the “wait and watch” approach. She ordered blood work, and the individual still DOES NOT have results. It’s been well over a month, and SEVERAL phone calls later. To top it off, my family member was billed for an annual physical AND a level 4 office visit during the same visit. They are now $600.00 in so far, AFTER what insurance paid. Stay FAR AWAY from this facility! It’s very apparent they are in it for the money, NOT their patients well-being. I’m not sure how Morgan or the others sleeps at night if this is what they consider “practicing medicine“. It should be rated -stars!!

Morgan is a kind and caring provider. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with patience and understanding. I would recommend her to my family and friends!

Treated my grandfather with disrespect. Does not understand the elderly and how to deal with this age group. Very disappointed with Lewisville Family Practice. Getting him upset does not help his condition. She needs to not treat the elderly. A few lessons in empathy for her is needed.
