Moshe Kincade, APRN

In my appointment she let me know that her personal life comes first and to make sure that I provide plenty of time for her to get back to me about questions and refills. She has done just, she takes a long time to respond to basic messages or requests. The expectation is 48 hours for a response, and it is usually her LPN who states that the message has been sent to Moshe for review. The last message I sent was a week ago, and I am still awaiting a response. If the provider isn't in the office or cannot respond, there should be a covering provider to assist. This has been the worst provider experience I have ever had.

Very professional, caring and compassionate towards her patients. Visit was very thorough and I feel very fortunate to have her as my health care provider.

She listens to what I have to say and she asks questions that help me give her good feedback. She takes the time to go over my concerns. I don't feel like she is rushing in and out - that I'm just another patient.

Moshe was wonderful! She took the time to get to know me and all my health issues. She wanted to know my family and how I was doing. She addressed my health concerns, discussed what she saw and was so easy to talk to. So glad that she was recommended to me. I will let my friends know about her for sure!

Her kindness and compassion. She is very thorough and cares about her patients. She will explain everything to you and then ask if you have any questions or any response to what she explained. I am glad I chose her as my medical technician!
