Didn't see the need for this appointment when info could have easily been mailed to me. In colonoscopies with another dr this was done. I see this as an excuse to bill me & insurance.

Nurising before the procedure was great! They were nice and helpful. In the post-op room, I could hear the nursing staff say the last patient was brought in. It seemed the patient left and I was the last patient waiting to be discharged. I was rushed to leave to go home when I needed extra care.

She barely looked at the swollen area (less than 15 seconds) and immediately wrote the swelling off as "normal".

I thought I was scheduled to see the surgeon that performed my surgery. I had some questions for him about my specific surgery. Not informed that I would see a PA until I was in exam room. A bit disappointing.
