She was wonderful and I was able to solve all my problems.

She has been my therapist for a few years. I have been able to take control of my life with her assistance and guidance.

She was the rudest, most condescending, downright nasty therapist I've ever encountered. She had one cushion on her couch you were "allowed" to sit on and all the other places to sit in her office were labeled "no sitting zone". When it came time to pay my copay she only informed me at that time that she doesn't take debit or credit cards she takes venmo. I told her I do not have venmo that I use and she said well I'm sorry because you need to pay your copay because "I already give a very good discounted rate and I am not willing to pay for a machine to take cards because it will take a portion of my money". After the appointment she submitted billing to my insurance company and they denied the claim because she forgot, actually she refused, to include the proper documentation they needed in order to process the claim. I let her know what the issue was and at that point she chastised me, talked down to me, and then refused to see me anymore. DO NOT SEE HER!!!

Myrna is a gifted and very capable therapist. She is kind and loving and helps her clients take control of their own lives. She doesn't do the work that clients should be doing themselves. But she certainly helps clients get to the point where they can do the work. If you want someone to "heal" your wounds, this isn't the therapist to see. But if you want to learn how to navigate the challenges of this world on your own and get honest feedback while you work to heal, then I would absolutely recommend that you see if working with her is a good fit. She has helped my family and me move from surviving to thriving. It hasn't always been fun because she doesn't coddle her clients, but instead, she helps them grow up and stand on their on two feet. More than once she has told me that her job is to work herself out of a job. I often recommend her to others, and the ones that have chosen to see her have been happy with their work with her, too.

TERRIBLE. I felt like I was doing the work for her. Please don't waste your time or energy here.

She said after she cancels the appointment she will NOT be able to see me again. Because she refuses to take any chance of a second cancellation. Which is part of her policy. A policy that was never said to me the day i made the appointment. Again i am a new Patient this was info i did not know. If she would have said something this would not have been an issue. I felt very confused that this was even a problem i've never dealt with such thing, this was very unprofessional. I rather go elsewhere
