I can't rave enough about Nadia! She is very kind, amazing bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable in what she does! I had a rash that NO ONE could diagnose; no specialist, not even lab work could explain it but Nadia figured it out and I am forever grateful for that! I'm VERY heartbroken that the clinic Nadia works at will no longer be covered by my new employer's insurance because I have never had such amazing care by a health care professional! She is top notch and I'll forever compare other providers to her.

I will never go back to another doctor. Nadia helped me when no one would take the time to figure out what was going on. I love her and have sent many friends and family to see her!

This nurse practitioner has no clue.... She doesn't listen. She is reluctant to treat. I will not let this woman treat me again.

As a retired family nurse practitioner and having taught nursing at two state universities for 12 years, I can give Nadia the highest evaluation. I have a complicated combination of health problems, and Nadia was the first to sort out the possible causes, testing for diagnoses, and treatment options. I am very thankful that I accidently found her, and my health issues are being managed so well.

I Love Nadia, she spends so much time with each patient, is kind, and Very very professional. I love her and would never go to anyone else.She is fricking amazing!

Nurse Nadia Applegate hasn't a clue in my 3 visits. WOW so much to learn. Save yourself a headache. DO NOT GO TO NURSE PRACTITIONER NADIA APPLEGATE OF PHOENIX 7TH AVE BELL very rude very very inexperienced. just overall horrid experience with NADIA APPLEGATE. I changed Dr's because of the extreme nature of Nadia Applegates gross rudness. I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW UNPROFESSIONAL NADIA APPLEGATE OF PHOENIX IS... just awful

Horrible experience with Nadia Applegate in Phoenix. I don't know where to begin my experience with Nadia was so horrible. I found her to be extremely unprofessional. I don't want to get into detail what she did to me but I want to say it was out of emotion and not professionalism. RUN FAR AWAY from this place thank me later this what reviews are for. If you need a good nurse practitioner. Choose one that's been around a little longer. one that is a little more polite. SHE NEEDS EXPERIENCE

Ms. Applegate takes the time to treat each patient as an individual and not just a number. I had numerable issues and she dealt with every one of my concerns, with knowledge and compassion. I kind of wish I had more things wrong with me so I could see her more often.

Nadia Applegate is compassionate and actually listens to her patients. She takes her time and thoroughly explains treatment plans in a way in which I can understand.
