The Worst

I've never had a worse experience with an absolute lack of bedside manor, I made an appointment at Urgent Care asking for an X-ray for my 12-year-old daughter's wrist, she had an old injury and it had been bothering her off and on again so we wanted to check to see if it maybe didn't heal right or if she reinjured it. This woman started telling her that she might be in chronic pain for the rest of her life, and she may have Tendonitis, Rheumatoid arthritis or MS among others I cant even remember because I was getting so upset. I had to ask her to stop making abstract diagnoses when this is the first time she had ever seen her and she was scaring us both, could we please just have the x-ray? Then when I brought up that it was inappropriate for her to speak to a 12-year-old like that without any solid evidence of these painful chronic conditions she told me I came to her for her medical opinion and that she has seen a 13 year old die from cancer, anything can happen. Insane behavior.

Awful

This person was the worst medical “professional” I have ever seen in all my years of a very complex medical history. Completely rude, dismissive, unprofessional and she quite literally seemed mentally unstable. I cannot leave a bad enough review. Stay far away from her.
