She should be ashamed of herself for refusing to treat patients that were under her care, it is unprofessional and her quality of work depend on how she is feeling on that particular day, she can be very emotional and disrespectful to patients.

I got excellent care and recover very soon. Nadia is doing her job great. Remember even small details from history of your sick. I highly recommend her. I’m more than satisfied. Thank you Nadia .

She is not a Dr. so beware of her advice. The place I go to have amazing doctors but this nurse practitioner is truly unqualified for provide competent care. Is rude and blames you for your illnesses when you have not even had time to explain what your actual symptoms are. Try and avoid this provider.

2 things to consider: The Office: They are truly incompetent. They have been a disaster during the pandemic, getting my tele-health appointments wrong and shrugging their shoulders when I say that I'm not comfortable coming in for certain (unnecessary) things for worries about the virus. Also, I had to call 4 times over 4 days once just to get the nurse to fix a prescription. I understand that all offices are busy, but they take being thoughtless to a new level. The Doctor: While I don't feel quite as negative about her, as she has helped me through some stuff I needed to get checked out, she has a habit of making you feel a little rushed along. I don't feel like she wants to listen to my questions. She often answers some of my concerns about my health with "you're young, don't worry about that.", which frankly pisses me off. To me, a doctor's empathy and taking their time with you is almost as important as their knowledge. This is an area where she could use a lot of work.
