I have been required to see this provider for the past few years and every time I see her it’s a toss up as to which version I will meet today. “Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde”. She is highly adverse to those who take their own healthcare advocacy seriously and acts as a gatekeeper for referrals to specialists when she is clearly NOT qualified to give the care and results that I or my compatriots require. Many times I have been made to feel stupid or excessive for requesting specific care that I know that I require as some things have been historic issues that I moved here knowing how to deal with next. All because of her misplaced hubris. Her bedside manner is without class or care. When concerned about sluggishness and possible thyroid issues and weight she told me I was just old and I’d just have to get new clothes and get used to it. “Thats what happens when we get old “. I have plenty more stories that are appallingly disheartening to the medical community but not enough characters left.

Nancy has excellent bedside manner and assessment skills. I could not be happier with my care.
