I have been working assiduously to improve my mental health and spiritual well-being for more than 50 years. My primary approach has been a combination of therapy and 12-step programs. In addition, I have read and reflected upon a rich variety of spiritual and philosophical texts, and attended many workshops and lectures, which I have often discussed with others. This multipronged approach has yielded excellent results and for the most part I lead a happy, successful and satisfying life.Nevertheless, until I worked with Nancy Hyatt there remained a couple of issues buried in the deepest bedrock of my subconscious that my efforts could not reach.
