I have suffered from chronic clinical depression my whole adult life. I had been in therapy several times without improvement. It wasnโ€™t until I found Nancy Kingma and received EMDR therapy that I really gained control over depression. I no longer have intrusive thoughts and I am able to respond to lifeโ€™s challenges in a healthy manner.
