Good experience working with Nancy
I have been working with Nancy for about 10 weeks now. Her emphasis on mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been very helpful to me. She uses a white board for visual teaching/learning of the concepts which has been especially helpful for me as a visual learner. We will soon start doing ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) therapy which I am looking forward to. My ability to deal with my anxiety and depression has increased significantly.I have worked with other therapists for many years and I liked them. I switched to Nancy because of a recommendation to have ERP therapy and I have gotten a lot more out of therapy working with Nancy in 10 weeks than I have working with other therapists for longer periods of time. I highly recommend her.
