Horrendous Experience
She misdiagnosed me twice. She charges $300 for five minute sessions. She was controlling, manipulative and patronizing. I have never encountered anyone more unprofessional in my life.

Monroe insisted on medicines that I tried before that made me feel suicidal. I asked her to discuss those medications with my doctor. That is the policy of her workplace and a legal requirement for Nurse Practitioner in Illinois. Compass acknowledges this. She was abusive to me. She made false statements in my records and lied about the incident. She worked with her colleagues to cover it up. She is under investigation by the state. Awful person. Does not know medicine. Avoid at all costs.
