So rushed, I asked her several times to do something for me and she kept pretending to be friendly and thorough. As I was trying on contacts with different prescriptions, she just left without warning. Apparently we were done. I had no idea. I wanted to make sure that my prescription was good and I left feeling like I just have to guess what my actual prescription is.

My worst experience at the optometrist was largely due to the demeanor and professionalism of Dr. Nancy Opara herself. From the moment I walked into the examination room, it was evident that she was disinterested and rushed. Her approach to the eye exam felt careless and haphazard. It's clear that this optometrist is in dire need of reevaluation and improvement in their approach to patient care.Despite the dismal experience with the optometrist herself, I must acknowledge the pleasant demeanor of her staff. The receptionist and assistants were friendly and polite.

The only reason I selected this place was because they accepted my insurance and they had weekend hours which is the only time I can get there because of my work hours. The last two weekends they have been closed while their website says they are open. Drove all the way there to see a sign taped on the door that they were closed. Wasted my time and gas. A simple phone recording would have saved me the trips and I should have never selected them in the first place. They do not answer their phones and the cost for me to get fitted for eye glasses came to $1200. Their selection is poor and the cheap frames I had to settled on, broke while making my glasses but the cost for the frames was $200 alone. In all the many years that I have worn glasses, the total cost they charge is outrageous. This place is unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE! I was also having an eye exam to get new contact lenses. My exam went routinely and then I was told my lenses were ordered and I would be called when they a

Dr.opara is very good and carefull at what she does. I was pleased with her. She explained everything to where I understood what was going on with my eyes. Even the receptionist was nice and helpful. They helped me pick my frames and explained to me about the bifocals. The other place I went to last time they helped me with nothing. I will return to Dr opara.
