She deserves 0 stars. I visited her twice early in the year and paid her out of pocket. She said she would mail me paperwork to file with my health insurance and she never did. I followed up and she still did not send me the paperwork i needed to submit a claim with my health insurance. I told my health insurance about the situation and they reached out to her multiple times and she still ignored them. Basically I paid her $400 out of pocket and never got to get some of it reimbursed to me by my insurance because she refused to submit the claims for me. Find a doctor who will work with your insurance. I will never get that money back
