Nancy Peek, NP

I've seen Nancy Peek off and on for 25+ yrs, orig as a member of Dr Temple's practice (RIP). He delivered my oldest, she my youngest. But she left shortly after. I was happy to hear she'd returned. I saw her in Dec for my annual and she noted an oddity in a std test. She advised me based on lack of other symptoms. I took her advise, saw my GP, and then a urologist. Turned out to be low grade bladder cancer. Separate note: None of the rooms I've been in have the "business end" facing the door.

I went in because I had post menopausal bleeding. Nancy Peek told me in the HALLWAY that I had to have a D&C. She was quite insensitive to my panic over this and acted almost manic, which did nothing to calm me, The office itself looked dirty. The exam room I was in had the business end of the table facing the door. People were walking in & out, making me very uncomfortable knowing that anyone passing could see. I then went to Dr. Diana Wallace who is knowledgeable, calm and comforting.

I informed Nancy of my trauma history with hope that she'd be understanding of it and accommodating, and instead, she was very insensitive and even mocked me. For that reason I will not be referring any of my friends or family members to her.
