Therapy takes time and money and after an exhausting search, I was grateful to have found Nancy as an in network insurance provider accepting new clients. I was hoping to be impressed by her services but unfortunately it didn’t work out that way. After a series of appointment cancellations and postponements on her part, I chose to move in a different direction. I get it life gets in the way and we all have a need to cancel from time to time, however after so many, I was left wondering whether my time and my needs mattered. It’s not a good feeling if you’re seeking help. Anyhow, it was rather disappointing experience for me. I’m sure others are completely satisfied with her services however I am not. I wished she had shown better manageability and professionalism over her schedule.

I have been a client of Nancy Sheppard's for over a year. She has been a rock in a tumultuous time. She is readily available and gracious with my ever-changing schedule. I highly recommend her for their therapy needs.

BEWARE! You Deserve Better This counselor/therapist was “extremely” inappropriate with the children in my household. The children were TRAUMATIZED by Nancy's unethical /unprofessional conduct. If she was bold enough to do this to the children in my home how many more are out there whose voices are going unheard. Had it not been for my child speaking up for himself I would have believed what she initially told me happened.
