My family and I have seen Dr. Nancy for years. We recommend her to everyone. She has a gentle way about her and is happy to explain conditions and treatments to her customers. She LOVES helping her patients, being a Chiropractor is her true calling. Helps me everytime!!

Dr. Nancy St. John is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. She knows what she is doing, and her treatments get you up and going. She is not interested in keeping you coming in long term. She's interested in getting you the help you need as quickly as possible.

The best I have found since I moved to SC!!! She is very experienced and actually spends time teaching how to strengthen and avoid issues. Her holistic education on nutrients and simple natural remedies is excellent....and works!!
