Nancy really harmed me by just tossing me off when I had a scheduled appointment and was in the middle of a crisis. Very insensitive and more concerned with her selfishness than helping clients. Tried to cancel an appointment 2 hours before the appointment because her schedule was tangled. If you want to get better and you want a therapist that doesn't keep you waiting while she lets other clients' sessions run long, find someone other than Nancy!
