I had sessions with Nancy for a few years. It is clear that she cares and is compassionate, but ultimately, I didn't get the sense that she really understood where I was coming from, and was acting from a theoretical model which didn't fit what I needed. I can't speak emphatically of the therapeutic experience one way or another. Perhaps her approach works very well for some, but for me, it was unhelpful.

I found Nancy very unhelpful. She was judgmental and passive aggressive and I didn't feel that I could trust her so I eventually stopped seeing her. Perhaps men would find her more helpful but she looks down on women who have chosen not to become a wife and mother like she has.
