Naomi Welch, FNP

I have been a patient of NP Naomi Welch on more than one occasion. Each me I purposely request her and only her. First, she always greets me with a smile and seems genuinely happy to be there for me, and for my concerns. She has this peaceful presence about her, and yet at the same time, this eagerness to help. I have to say I've never had any medical professional seem "eager" to help with such enthusiasm and determination, which is why I specifically ask for her. She is patient with my concerns, and even when I ask TONS of questions she smiles and then breaks everything down, and she never makes me feel rushed , in fact,, she doesn't leave the room until she knows I understand everything about my treatment and care. She has always given me the right advice, from home remedies to Rx medication if needed. I feel she totally explores all options for the best care pertaining to my overall health. For that reason, I will always seek NP Naomi Welch for my health concerns.

Condescending and rude. Caused more pain and was very short with answers. I felt as though she had no compassion for others. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at this urgent care location as I’m usually treated very well here. FNP Naomi Welch has no business working in medicine if she treats all of her patients this way. I understand that medical workers get stressed out, but the way I was treated was wrong. Everyone else in the office treated me well and were all very friendly.
