Thorough and Knowledgable
Had an overall good experience, but there were a few hiccups. Dr. Umberg was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to ensure my prescription was accurate. However, the front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly and seemed a bit disorganized. When I tried to transfer my records from my previous office, there was a lot of confusion, which made the process more frustrating than expected.
